Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday. Please note, potential delays may occur that are outside of our control such as extreme weather or postal services issues. We will notify and keep you updated via email shall this occur.

Processing time does not include weekends and/or holidays.

When your order has shipped, an email notification will be sent with tracking info. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us via email with your name and order number, so that we may look into it.
